Dr. Dustin R. Coles founded Premier Orthodontics in 2006, twelve years after first helping out at his father’s dental office as an orthodontic assistant and dreaming he would one day run his own practice.
His impact on the community has been nationally recognized, most notably as the recipient of the prestigious Invisalign Case Shootout Award (The Top Invisalign Provider in North America award).
Dr. Tyler Coles

Dr. Tyler joined his brother’s practice in 2012, and since then, the practice has expanded to seven locations and over 20,000 patient lives have been transformed.
While Dr. Coles is incredibly proud of Premier’s local and regional impact, he also serves as an educator and influencer on a national scale. Everytime I come to get my check ups, bands tightened, and everything else. The dental assistants are so kind and respectful. The Dr is very straight forward and tells me what I need done, will do and is just all around wonderful experience. I always have questions and they answer promptly and very helpful.

I’ve had two kids complete braces here, and we’ve been very happy with the results! One had Invisalign and one had traditional braces and both experiences were great! I highly recommend (plus they have the best cookies).
We have been impressed with every appointment. The staff is very friendly and quick to answer all of our questions. They are also very understanding and helpful with my 10 yr old who is very new to braces. My kids feel very comfortable with the staff. I love how informative they were of the different types of braces at our consult. And I especially appreciate the transparent pricing. I am so glad we chose this office to treat our kids! Two kids in braces can be tough, but they have made the entire process a breeze!

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. i had another orthodontic experience this place is a dream compared to my past experience. appointments are always set at a convenient time, doctors are always on point. the financial plans are great i was in high school paying for them myself when i started off here. they plans are flexible and work great depending on financial status.
