Dr. Dustin R. Coles DDS, MSD

Dr. Dustin R. Coles founded Premier Orthodontics in 2006, twelve years after first helping out at his father’s dental office as an orthodontic assistant and dreaming he would one day run his own practice.
Now with six thriving locations throughout greater Phoenix, Dr. Coles’ vision for outstanding patient care and community support has resulted in over 20,000 patient lives transformed.
When not directly treating patients, he lectures to groups of several thousand orthodontic professionals, and their staff members, from across the country and the world.
His impact on the community has been nationally recognized, most notably as the recipient of the prestigious Invisalign Case Shootout Award (“The Top Invisalign Provider in North America” award). No matter how high the successes, Dr. Coles stays true to his passion of helping those less fortunate, transforming more children’s’ lives through the Smiles Change Lives non-profit organization than any other doctor in the United States ($600,000 each year in donated treatments).
He’s also authored two books with his brother, Dr. Tyler Coles ( “More Than Straight Teeth! A Parent’s Guide to Orthodontics” and “Start Smiling Now! What Every Parent Needs to Know About Orthodontics”).
Dr. Dustin Coles completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University. He went on to receive his D.D.S. with distinction from Creighton University School of Dentistry, graduating in the top of his class.
Dr. Dustin Coles then completed his certificate of advanced graduate study in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at the Indiana University School of Dentistry.

Dr. Tyler Coles joined his brother’s practice in 2012 and since then, the practice has expanded to six locations and over 20,000 patient lives transformed throughout Arizona.

Through the Smiles Change Lives non-profit organization, Dr. Coles has helped contribute more than $600,000 each year in donated treatment to those children whose families cannot afford them. In 2016 Dr. Tyler and his brother were awarded the “Gini Award” from the Smiles Change Lives organization in recognition of their commitment to help the community.
While Dr. Coles is incredibly proud of Premier’s local and regional impact, he also serves as an educator and influencer on a national scale. As a lecturer and keynote speaker, Dr. Coles teaches other orthodontists and dental hygienists at industry events about the power of patient care and a community-based mindset. He also makes frequent academic contributions to the field, authoring several monthly publications, newsletters, podcasts and journals.

Dr. Murilo Neves DDS, MSD

Throughout his over 10-year career, Dr. Neves have worked as a Dental Researcher, General Dentist, Orthodontist, and as a Professor. During this time, he has developed a significant skill set in the areas of dentistry, orthodontics, research, and patient relations.
He has researched, presented, and published over 30 research publications, including an Orthodontics book and journal articles, and presented his findings at various events across Brazil and United States.
Recently, Dr. Murilo Neves proudly joined Premier Orthodontics team. After an intense period of training he is ready to follow the same philosophy of the team, and contribute his knowledge and skills to provide the best of Orthodontics to our patients.
Dr. Murilo Neves comes from a family that cultivated his passion for health care. His parents are physicians and his sister is also a dentist. Growing up seeing the passion that his relatives have for their respective healthcare careers has deeply impacted the way that he performs dentistry.
Dr. Neves was born in Belem, Brazil, a city in the Amazon rainforest. In 2005 he started dental school at “Universidade Federal do Para”, one of the most renowned schools in Latin America. As a Researcher, he focused on malocclusion issues, which led him to receive nationally and internationally lauded industry awards, including the recognition for Best Scientific Work at the “X International Dentistry Congress of the Amazon”.
In the United States, Dr. Neves has lived in Alabama, California, and Arizona. To obtain his American DDS degree, Dr. Neves was one of the 34th accepted professionals among other 1500 international dentists at USC – University of Southern California.
Throughout his career in Brazil an The Unites States, Dr. Neves has voluntarily provided comprehensive dental treatment to low income patients in an attempt to reduce the suffering of underserved patients.
Dr. Murilo Neves completed his Master in Dentistry at CEUMA University in Sao Luis, Brazil. He went on to receive his D.D.S. at Universidade Federal do Para in Para, Brazil and a second D.D.S. at The University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
Dr. Neves completed his Advanced Specialty Program in Orthodontics at Escola Superior da Amazonia in Belem, Para, Brazil.

Dr. Hemali Kothari DMD, MPH, DHEd

Dr. Hemali Kothari is an orthodontic specialist who specializes in the treatment of craniofacial disorders.
As one of the only orthodontists in Arizona able to treat such disorders as cleft lip and palate, she splits her time between Premier Orthodontics and the Barrow Cleft and Craniofacial Center at St. Joseph’s Hospital, making sure every child in greater Phoenix with these special needs can be properly treated.
As a lecturer, teacher and author, Dr. Kothari has also had the privilege of educating other professionals in her field on such topics as early childhood orthodontic treatment and cooperative treatment planning. She truly exemplifies the Premier model of supporting the community and putting proper patient care above all!
Dr. Hemali Kothari completed her undergraduate studies at Arizona State University. She went on to receive her D.M.D. from Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health at A.T. Still University School graduating in the top of her class.
Dr. Kothari then completed her certificate of advanced graduate study in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health at A.T. Still University.

Dr. Ryan Lubinsky DDS, MS

Dr. Ryan Lubinsky was born and raised in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Dr. Lubinsky attended dental school at The University of Iowa, where Dr. Lubinsky graduated top of his class. Thereafter Dr. Lubinsky moved back to his home state of Wisconsin, for two years of advanced training and received a certificate in Orthodontics and a Master’s Degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee.
Following graduation, Dr. Ryan Lubinsky worked for four years in Minnesota as an orthodontist before moving to Arizona.
Since Dr. Lubinsky is an avid golfer, he loves exploring all of the golf courses Arizona has to offer when he isn’t at the office. Although Dr. Lubinsky has never lived in Arizona he is excited to leave the Midwest cold in Minnesota and embrace the warm desert heat here in Arizona.
Dr. Ryan Lubinski completed his undergraduate studies at St. Olaf College in Northfield Minnesota. He went on to receive his D.D.S. degree from the University of Iowa, where Dr. Lubinksy graduated top of his class.
Dr. Lubinsky then completed his certificate of advanced graduate study in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics and his Masters degree at the University of Marquette.
